Can we make a few changes to mafia?

I just had a game where early on my mafioso died. Then Godfather got jailed (not executed) the next 4 nights, leaving mafia with no way to kill.

I propose if GF is jailed twice in a row, a RM will be promoted to Mafioso so mafia can kill going forward.

I also propose that Escort can be killed by a Godfather that was roleblocked, as long as the Godfather chooses Escort as their target.

The whole shenanigans of jailor/escorts constantly roleblocking the Mafioso/GF is ridiculous. Tactical Mafia kills needs to be implemented as the Mafia's core function. It's not like the RM's are doing anything better for the most part.

Think of it in the same sense as the Mafia's ideal "overall ability" (similar to a mechanic like the Coven's Necronomicon...that little "advantage")
The idea of TMK (Tactical Mafia Kills) is where a Mafia Member can decide to carry out the kill for the night despite their role. (As Moustache Mario already touched up on). A Framer could carry on the kill for the night in the sacrifice of the mafia not framing someone for the night. This idealy applies to all mafia members.
The very idea of TMK is amazing because it seemingly only provides benefits for long-term deception.

-Jailor/Escort can no longer constantly roleblock the Mafioso/Godfather since now any mafia member could carry on a kill.
-It helps with having AFK Godfathers/Mafiosos since other mafia members could take the kill instead
-Gives more utility use for underwhelmed roles like janitors who have no cleans left, or a forger without any forges left, etc.
-Allows more deception


Now, the only problem with TMK at the moment is that no one can decide on how exactly TMK would work because...
Well, right now, it's not exactly defined as how the mafia "decides" who takes the kill for the night.
In addition to that, it's also questioned what exactly would happen to the Mafioso and Godfather since they're both roles centered around killing. If TMK was an equal thing for all mafia members, it's pretty open to interpretation and ideas on what exactly the Godfather and Mafioso could do as new abilities.

But this is why we have suggestions, right? So people can make suggestions about things like that.

ok, this all makes more sense.

1. get rid of mafioso if TMK is introduced. the whole point of mafioso is to counter gf being jailed/rb'd.
2. TMK makes having stupidly useless RM better. ex. framer, forger, disguiser
3. For TMK I would say GF gets to decide. If the mafia disagrees with the GFs decision they can all vote for the same target. I would think it would work somewhat like poition master, RM decides if they want to kill or use their ability that night if they chose kill GF can choose them and the other mafs can vote them.

number 3 is just an idea, not completely done of course. If you have got ideas on other ways I want to hear them.
