Arsonist change needs a few limiters.
-Sheriff can detect Arsonist, but can also detect douse-framed targets as Arsonist
-Douse frames last two nights (night of douse and night after)
-The first time an Arsonist douses, a message is displayed to the Town saying "The Town smells of gas." This message displays once per Arsonist, not per game.

Also, the Investigator results are in dire need of another shuffle now.

Spy change is pretty garbage, but at least it will highlight the issue and prove the problems with Spy can be fixed by simply removing its toxic abilities. Should be fun to hope that RNG gives me a decent game. :roll:

It should be right next to the option-gear on the PublicTestRealm after logged in.

Arsonist Change: This does nothing to buff the arsonist, it's just a nerf to the Investigator. Arsonist's issue is that it needs detection immunity [i.e; silent douses] in order to help buff it, as of right now it has both terrible investigative results [BG isn't bad to be paired with, but once a TP is dead it puts suspicion heavily on any arsonist that might be claiming BG and it's also paired with GF, so there isn't much of a loss if lynched] and it also can be found by lookout who sees arsonist visit someone who claimed doused, Jailor who jails the arsonist and notices there are no dousings that night and through consigliere/investigator who can find it.

Silent dousings would fix two of those issues, being found by lookout and by Jailor. Adding onto that, better investigative results [I feel NK shouldn't be paired with only one town role, as it just weakens the winrate of already low-winrate roles] would benefit the arsonist greatly.

Either give it the buff that would actually help it or give it both. [as someone said in an earlier post, the 'buff' of framing targets as arsonist does nothing to help it without silent dousing. All it really helps is the GF, allowing them to fake doused if there's an arsonist in game]

Spy change: This does nothing to help, at all. What if there's two spies or more? Or amnesiac becomes spy? This is a cheap way to fix a major problem with the role. Just remove its ability to see mafia chat, the thing that should have happened in the first place. Or let people test it in PTR where spy cant read mafia chat.

Taunts: I legit cant get them to work. Every time I click on someone the box is gray to use it. I also wish there was a way to turn these off, tbh. Not like a lot of people will have them, since they cost TP instead of MP.

Cauldron: This is good.

Coin Farming: It's okay I guess, but there were a lot more issues to be focusing on.

Also why did the arsonist get the least popular change? The majority wanting silent dousing/both.

Silen dousing got impletemented around 10 hours ago, the latest on PTR :c

Can spy chose what night it wants to start listening to the mafia and then listens to them every night after that.
And maf only get the notification at the end of the night that the spy chose to listen to.

That would do nothing. Spy would either choose immediately night one or choose night two/night three when mafia actually get information. This wouldn't solve a thing. Mafia still would not be able to coordinate.

I noticed that they did seem to be when I looked last night.

Then I was a little confused when I saw that there were none of my 'friends' logged on when I was on the PTR. Then again, I AM easily confused :lol: Took me a minute to realise that they are two separate things and what's on PTR is not on the main yet :roll:
Experienced players need to remember that they were a noob once upon a time! :D

I played a game where someone did not get the Spy notification, possibly because he was Jailed night 1. Is that supposed to happen?

Okay so first off, the Daily Brew doesn't have a limit. (Limit for only 7 DAILY) but there is no limit.

I played a game as Arsonist in the PTR and nearly won, but I lost because someone CC'ed my earlier Veteran claim the day before I would have won. While one loss does not make a role underpowered, I think claimspace needs to be added to give all scum a chance.

I can tell you that they won't. The syncing is only one way, thus nothing you buy on the PTR will have an effect on your account on the main server, neither on your inventory nor on your ingame currency.

When a gravestone is put on someone's house and they die, the gravestone remains. This may be intentional, but the gravestone should be slightly moved, since it's currently on the person and looks a bit glitched. :mrgreen:

the tombstones are appearing even when its morning
and we could use them when its day
also, dead could taunt aswell was that intentional?

Sucks that instead of posting an actual opinion you just slew your reply with pointless mudslinging, lacking any valid points that would actually bring constructive criticism to the table. Posts like this should be instantaneously disregarded (and most likely are).

Arso change is decent, the role has become much better than it's previous incarnations (which were garbage).
Spy change doesn't do much, but Spy isn't the greatest anyways. Completely breaking a role isn't their goal, you inbred.
Taunts are great! 12 year old in the game annoying you? Some kid being a fuckhead? Throw a taunt at em to make em furious. Taunts should NOT have a disable button, this completely takes away the point of taunts in the first place. Sorry some kid taunted you and you got mad because you couldn't do anything about it. :)
Cauldron is decent, could use a way to detect what you already own if only for the Legendary pot.
Coinfarming fix is a good change.

Cauldron system is ok.
Spy was underpowered as it is, why did you need to nerf it even more?
Arso's a bit too much I think. Silent douses would have sufficed.

I really don't like silent douses especially in conjunction with the dousing invest change. It doesn't even buff arso, just causes chaos and is just annoying.

Really hope you change it back. It sounds good on paper (well, I knew it would be awful from the jump), but in practice, it's just not a good change at all. The dousing invest change alone is definitely better (although arso should be removed altogether imo)
