Potion master is bugged

I have noticed two bugs with the potionmaster

1)
The Trifecta
Use all three potions in a single game. - This achivement does not unlocks, no matter how many times i use them. (One heal, two kill, two reveal did not triggers the system)

2) Reveal potion us buggy
The first reveal worked, but the second one did not show any results. pls fix

Is it possible the second person you invested was a Juggernaut?

No, he was Investigator.

I think at least the 2nd one is being looked into.
For your first report: Have you checked if you have that archievement already after relogging? I know that I got mine without any trouble by using the potions from n1-n3
