Crusader didn't kill Transporter?

Okay, this is a bit complicated, but it boils down to this: Crusader tried to protect someone Transporter transported, and nobody died to Crusader.

I was playing the Potion Master. N1, I visited "Over Powered", and learned he was Ambusher. D2, after some discussion with town, it was revealed that he'd been swapped with the dead man, Deodat Lawson. His role was actually Trapper, so he definitely WAS swapped that night.
N3, the Transporter dies, and sure enough, Deodat/OP is the N1 listing.
At some point later, the Crusader dies, and has "N1: Deodat Lawson (but it glitched)" in their Will. At first I thought she was confused that Lawson died while she was guarding him, but then I realized... why didn't the Transporter die?

The last three living roles are all Mafia, so they couldn't have healed the Transporter. It's possible, of course, that the Crusader simply didn't select her target until too late into the night, I didn't get the chance to ask what it said on her end that made her think it "glitched". But I figured this was worth reporting anyway, in case there was an actual bug in the Crusader/Transporter interaction.

EDIT: The Doc didn't target the Transporter N1 either. Didn't grab that Will though.

This could be the case that the Transporters action did nto go through.
