Death Note bug

I just noticed this at the end of the game so I didn't have time to take a screenshot.

I was in a game and it ended up being 2 mafia vs a crusader. When we lynched the crusader, it said that there was a death note. It then showed a blank death note. This must be a bug as hung people don't have death notes.

Was the Crusader revived?
I noticed that there is an issue with revived people.
