Hey there.
I know this is probably just a minor bug, but I've noticed that achievements I'm earning pop-up in game, but don't light up or anything in the Achievement Browser. Steam is giving me them, such as the ones for becoming and winning as Pestilence, and the game actually does the usual achievement pop-up, but they aren't lighting up as complete in the Achievement Browser.

Relogging should solve the issue.
