As you can see from the topic, I was using dead townies on somebody but their role didn't worked out

I used sheriff to interrogate someone but I didn't got any message
I used escort to roleblock vigilante but I got shot by vigilante (there was only one vigilante at the game.)

maybe because they were disconnected so I can't use their role but why I was able to use them even they were disconnected? I don't know if it's bugged out or not..
