Retributionist using vigi BUG

My friend used vigilante on Potion Master with necronomicon but Potion Master didnt die to vigilante and Town lose. Nowhere says that Potion Master have any defence with necro

This is because the vigilante already used their bullets while they were alive so for some reason they become useless to the retributionist even though it still shows the "You have decided to shoot player" message. Definitely needs a fix.
