Cant finish a game

So I have pretty fast internet (350 mb down, 30 up) & can play any other game without problems, but for some reason I cant stay connected to ToS for more than about 10-15 min at a time, which pretty much means I cant finish a game. Its only ToS that I have trouble with tho. And with my internet speed I cant imagine that ToS is using too much bandwidth for me to handle. Does anyone know why I constantly keep getting tons of lag & then abnormal disconnections??

Anyone? Its really killing the game for me because I cant play ranked at all now. I always end up DCing out before the end & getting a loss.

try different browser, i cant play on some browsers and on others its fine

I'm gonna need more info.

Are you playing on Steam or Browser?
If browser: What browser?
Is your ISP Spectrum?
Are all your drivers and your OS up to date?
Do you have any third party programs running while playing that can interfere with your network stability?
Are you playing on WiFi or are you connected to your router/modem with an ethernet cable?
Have you checked if there's any packet loss while playing?
Have you contacted support with the player logs?
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.

Yes. Chrome, Edge, & Steam. Drops connection on all of them.

No. I use Comcast.

Not that I know of.

I've checked for jitter & packet loss & dont see anything.

You can contact support at support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com, if you make sure to add the player logs (grab them immediately after a crash) to a .txt file and attach them to the e-mail, the community manager can look into it for/with you beyond any basic tech support we can offer on the forums.
