Game started than crashed for everyone losing scrolls

I lost a godfather scroll when a game crashed. My girlfriend lost a scroll in the exact same game crash as well. How do we proceed?

If it was a server crash, then scrolls should not be consumed. Are you and your girlfriend on the same internet connection, or different ones? When during the game cycle did the crash occur? Was it at the same time for both of you?
