Game freezes alot

Hi,

So I have been around on ToS since 2015, and more frequently, I am getting annoyed by random game freezes.
When this happens, it's either when the night transmits to day, or the other way around.
Then after a minute, I get disconnected and there's no way to get back in.

Now not too long ago, BMG decided to add a report topic 'Leaving' in the reasons for reporting a player. However, alot of the times someone leaves it is because their game freezes.
We get reported because the servers aren't working well, so I feel like this is a big issue that should be fixed. And I know I am not the only one who's having this crashproblem, because I've asked other players and they agree.
