Coven Leader somehow caused Retributionist to visit living

Coven TT game so there's no forger shenanigans going on.

What happened:
1. Retributionist used my Investigator corpse.
2. CL controlled Retributionist, probably to Jailor
3. Retributionist died to Crusader

This resembles the old bug where Transporter could be forced to make a third visit for the sake of getting stoned or crus killed.
