Can't Play The Game (Web Vers.)

Hello! I play the web version of the game, and recently I encountered something strange. Whenever I have tried to get on the game using Google Chrome, then I just get a white screen. The only time I was able to log in, I couldn't get to the game because of an "Abnormal Disconnection". When I tried on FireFox, I could get to the login screen, but it would disconnect me saying "Error 1015". I just updated my computer recently, so is that was is causing the problem? I have also tried turning off my computer, un-installing and re-installing Google Chrome, and cleaning my cache. Has someone else had the same experience? Thank you so much!

same issue with me, except this started happening before i updated to big sur. only started a few days ago. very weird and annoying

Hi everyone.

We're actually going to be rolling out a patch hopefully later this week for Mac Big Sur users to fix this issue.

There's unfortunately no exact date however, but it should come soon regardless.
