Stoned as escort - fix the pirate bug already......

So, just got stoned as an escort, by roleblocking Medusa while pirated. https://imgur.com/tg6MpZg

Previous game I was tracker, saw the Coven Leader visit someone, next day CL was dead to pirate, but the person they visited wasnt dead or controlled... it was night 5.

Pirate is roleblocking abilities, but isnt roleblocking visits. This bug has been active for over a month

The bug is that the Medusa was not role blocked, and thus was still able to stone gaze to kill the Escort. This should be impossible.

This seems more like a balancing preference than a bug. It seems like Medusa's stone gaze intentionally comes before escort's roleblock, similar to how transportation happens before other actions.

Medusa does not have role block immunity. This issue specifically occurs when an Escort is pirated. Otherwise, the Medusa will be role blocked and prevented from using their stone gaze.

As expected? Medusa cant gaze when roleblocked. They arent a Vet. They dont gain defence when gazing, they arent RB immune.

Escort is RB immune, but pirate made their ability fail.

If the change was intentional, then the visit should also fail, along with the ability failing. But it isnt. As in the cases of pirated Coven leaders, transporters and escorts. The ability is failing, but the visit still happens.

This is actually a game changing bug in VIP mode, and has been active for at least 9 weeks (3 VIP mode rotations ago was when i first noticed it)
