Hello, I've encountered a strange bug where even after I paid 4.99 American dollars for my account name to be changed, I still have my old one on the forums. I have emailed support more than a week ago with no response, and I have also reached out to TOS on Twitter with no response either. Has anyone else experienced this? What to do after this lack of response?
