Abnormal Disconnection Big Problem

I keep getting an Abnormal Disconnection error that is happening quite frequently,sometimes in the middle of a game! i do not want to get banned for people reporting me thinking im a leaver when the game is crashing.My internet is fine,i was not having this problem until the new patch.Please fix this,i do not wanna get banned

At 8:50 pm central on web version, using chrome, I also experienced an abnormal disconnection. First in the last week.
