Arson/Transporter Bug

2 is LO and 13 is arso. 2 is doused but transporter saved them from burning. Now they're still showing as doused to arson but can't be killed because of the transporter saving them early on.

Had a similar issue with a jailed target. Thomas Danforth (9) was jailed when I went to douse then but they still showed as doused. They were not ignited.

Forgot to take screenshots. I'd a game today where there was a transporter.
I was visited by a Spy and an Investigator N1. I also chose to ignite N1 (I was curious what would happen.) The spy was doused, the investigator wasn't.
