Web version stuck at 45%

I've seen that this problem is happening to a lot of people and it happened to me as well. I've tried to clear my cache, cookies and everything. I'm using Chrome, and I also tried using Firefox, internet explorer, and Microsoft edge. There's nothing I can do at this point. Any idea??
