Uriel skin sometimes appears larger than normal

Sometimes on the customization screen, the Uriel skin appears much larger than normal

It looks like this

It appears after reloading with the skin selected and checking the customization window. It returns to normal size when any customization option is changed (except for name)

This might happen with other skins, but I have only seen it occur with the Uriel skin.
