Ouch! Achievement is bugged

Hello there fellow townies,

The Ouch! Achievement appears to be bugged. Even after shooting myself as vigi through the use of a transporter (I know I shot myself because there was only one vigi that game), I still didn't get the achievement.

I have screenshots to prove that this in fact did happen.

Will I be able to get my achievement?
