got a jester-only win, it didn't say I won in-game

It says "the game has ended in a draw" in chat, while the win screen says "Jester wins". The sad music for a loss also played.

It seems to have been counted as a win- when I exited the game, I got the "VICTORY!" screen and the bonuses for winning.

It has been this way for a long, long time, and it isn't particularly bad the way it is, but you're right that it would be better if the chat log listed which players won even in a "draw with winners".
