Two months still no reply, *checked regulary*

First post ever made, can't reset my emails' password. Emailed support, no answer for two weeks, emailed again, no answer for a month, emailed again, no answer.
At this point I'd doubt it is that the emails all got lost, one of 'em should've made it to the address.

Found out that there was a new email set up for some reason, emailed that, didn't work.

Any Idea on what To Do?

I just made a post, apparently it didn't go through the system, now I'm making another post, again.
Here's a Quick Summary:
Made account before 2019, locked out of account made before 2019, I go to password reset: didn't work, no email on query, checked on forums and had no clue how this template of forums is used, announcement asks for email towards support if password reset didn't work, emailed support(no idea how to email since I never USED IT EVER)(this was in december btw), waited two weeks, checked regularly, no reply, emailed support again, checked announcements, no update, waited a month, checked regularly still, checked forums and new email to use, emailed the new support email, waited some time now, lil' ridiculous. All started because of that password reset. The End

TL:DR - I emailed three times when the password reset was first done for accounts before 2019, I emailed another two times recently to check, all the emails have been neglected(pre-three-ones), how do dat happen?
(P.S: This account was created around mid-2015)
Just a quick note: I emailed three times in december-january, seeing that all three gets "bugged" or unnoticed is pretty hard to believe after the span of another month.

Just looking for solutions... Also I'm pretty sure most of the bug reports page is about the password reset thing, I even reset my password BEFORE The breach, which is kinda bs. There's obviously one thing connected to the "2019 accounts-can't reset password" thing.

yes, two times after the third email. Also not sure why msg's gotta be approved by mods or admins
