As Instructed I requested a password change email but it doesn't show up.
I checked every label and every option and added both company emails to my contacts but still nothing.
I am not the first with this problem and I do hope you'll fix it soon.

the issue is not on our end. The Mail is sent and I received it using my private address. I highly suggest you to look up possible reasons why mails are not received in combination with your mailprovider.
