Help with account

Still cannot reset my password, info@blankmedia never replied to my email, even though I wrote exactly what they asked me for and I responded to the automatic email. What am I supposed to do?
It's been over a month. Ridiculous.

It could be that your mail got lost over the time, as it should have been replied to already. I've given our community manager a heads up about you.

It's been a few days and yet no hear a reply from both emails info@blankmediagames.com and support@blankmedigames.zendesk.com
What infuriates me about this is the fact that I actually reset my password after the initial breach and it still forced me to change it again and now I've been locked out of my account for almost 2 entire months.

I see a typo in your email. Can you make sure the account you sent the email to is;
