If Jordan really was stabbed with garden shears, I would expect blood to be by his chair too. Yet there is none.

And the problem about somebody going there earlier is they leaving that trail for so long time. For example If Sintri did it (it is not much possible for Veronica since they do not have entire A4 for it.), they must have left that trail for A2, A3 and A4.
Given that despite being soaked at same action, I didn't leave any trail behind, this is so hard.

For my investigation of the Laboratory, I discovered that a pair of goggles, some distilled water, Caesium, and an empty bottle were missing.

There was some blood on the edge of the laboratory table, but that was because Chem was trying to lock me in.

There was sticky residue on the door handle and cabinet.
