What is happening when you attempt to click purchase? Also are you on iOS or android?

Any information about if you noticed this starting to happen as soon as you first downloaded the app, or if a fresh install it still happens would be helpful. We have a theory about what is going on but I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

This should be fixed on 3.0.15

Make sure to update to 3.0.15 and your items should be awarded if you haven't been helped by support yet.

Currently you are timed out when you leave a lobby from reentering for 15 seconds. For most game modes this prevents lobby stalling since other players join that game mode during that time.
