Fixing a bug where Town Traitor still won with town.

Also fixing a bug where Mafia could see transporters night actions.

I'm going to increase everyones tickets to 20 also, i noticed they are getting burned quickly.

In the first ever Town Traitor game the Witch made Vigilante kill the Traitor Sheriff on D1. Lol!

A Jailor/Vigilante Traitor can kill town members without punishment. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Can they please just lose further kills rather than being able to kill up to three times? That's a lot of power compared to almost any other Traitor role Also I'm still concerned about Mayor/Veteran but we'll see ...

Are playercounts really going to be high enough to restrict people to 10 games? We shall see. Can always give out more if needed. First time loading is definitely going to be slower since nothing is cached at all. You are dynamically downloading the entire game and assets from our webserver.
