Currently in Ranked the only way for there to be a Vampire is the Any role.
Amnesiac isn't that susp of a role so I don't see how this is true.

I'm confused, so this is basically this role can be used to role block an additional person each night ? If you just keep enslaving different people, then they wont be able to use their abilities, correct?

Were you the Witch in this scenario? if not it can hard to tell for sure if the Witch actually did what you said they did. Sometimes players will say they did something when they didn't, but it also could be a bug, or it could be a misunderstanding on what actions were performed. It is hard to tell...
