Just passing on the message here, but it's a valid point. Talking in all caps has never been against the rules so why is it now in the spam filter?

You shouldn't post in appeals unless you want to appeal your reports. If you just want to see reports against you, PM TrialBot as explained here.

And a reminder that the game moved to Pay to Play on November 3rd. So in the event you wish to come back in the future to create a new account, it would cost some money. If he wants to come back he can just ask the devs to unban his account since that's all they do. They don't actually delete them.
