Just because others leave or break the rules, doesn't mean you get a free pass to break the rules as well. There is no reason for you to not finish and try to win.

The archived reports are not irrelevant. They are previous suspensions. A fourth guilty report always ends in a permanent ban. The only difference between archived reports and the new report is that you cannot appeal the archived reports, but they still very much count as strikes against your account.

Witch may be neutral, but the Witch's win condition is "Live to see the town lose".

What you were doing was: "Live to screw over the mafia and then make myself lose". I don't see how there would be any confusion over this report.

There are other ways you could have gone about it apart from just giving up. You could have even tried to say the Vet claim was lying. The fact that you specifically stated "I'm bored of being evil all the time" seems to me like a clear indication of you not playing to win.
