I played necromancer and got a message saying "The corpse you targeted is missing!" what does it mean?

Correct, If the Werewolf visits a Transporter transporting himself and another target he will visit that target but so will the Transporter so he dies because of the rampaging attack.

Maybe give people who bought the coven expansion some sort of reward like Merit/Town points because buying the game and seeing people get to play it for free later is a letdown and having 30 coven tickets but having no use of them is kinda disappointing.

It seems like it could be my favorite role but what is it's attack value? Can people be saved from the infection by a Doctor or other Protective roles?

Is leaving reportable if the host started an all any game with 7 players because in most cases when this happens some people leave?

If a target is poisoned N2 and the Poisoner gets The Necronomicon N3 can the N2 target still be healed?

I'm not sure about that but I think Amnesiac did get the promotion from Godfather to Mafioso since Mafioso died that night but that would still be a bug...

Will the Guardian Angel win in the following scenario:

Guardian Angel's target is town.
GA dies N1
Target dies N2
Target gets revived N3
Target lives untill the end of the game.

And will the Guardian Angel be able to protect from the grave when their target gets revived?
