I was nowhere near my computer at the time of the ban claim, I was over 100 miles away with my girlfriend for Valentine's day. My steam account was hacked at some point in the beginning of the year and I fixed it towards the end of February. I dunno if that explains it, since they shared the same login info, but the words used were rather obscene and not of my character, nor could I have said them. I actually dont remember the last time I played the game, but I know I couldn't have been there for that night.

When I heard the game had transferred to mobile, I was very excited, but shocked to see I was banned. I love this game and have played for years, I'll pay again if I have to, but I would hate to lose this account and all the content without even trying
