Role Name: Sorcerer


Role Alignment: Neutral Evil


Summary: "You are a vengeful wizard seeking to eliminate his target using ancient spells at night."


Abilities:
- Use a player's night ability to eliminate your target at night.

Attributes:
- You may only use another player's ability once.
- You will not know the ability of the player you selected until day time.
(NOTE: You will receieve a message saying: "You used playernamehere's nameoftheirability ability on your target!" once it's day time.)
- If your target is lynched or killed by someone else at night, you will turn into a Jester.
- You have no defense.



Notifications:
- "You used playernamehere's nameoftheirability' ability on your target!" once it's day time."
- "You used playernamehere's nameoftheirability' ability on your target but it didn't have an effect on your target!"
- "Your target was lynched or eliminated by someone else, you have now become a Jester!"


Goal:
Use another player's ability to eliminate your target at night.


Win Conditions:
The player will win as long as they eliminate their target using someone else's killing ability at night.


Special Attributes:
Semi-Unique Role


Investigator Results:

Sheriff - Your target is not suspicious.
Investigator - Your target seems to have intense emotions for someone else. They could be the Vigilante, Jailor, Mafioso or Sorcerer.
Consigliere - Your target waves ability manipulating wands at night. They must be a Sorcerer.


Achievements:
The Evil Apprentice (20MP): Win your first game as the Sorcerer.
The Vengeful Wizard (20MP): Win 5 games as the Sorcerer.
The Rampaged Wizard (40MP): Win 10 ganes as the Sorcerer.
The Lucky Wizard (100MP): Get your target eliminated on day 1.
An Unintentionally Kind Wizard (40MP): Use the Doctor's healing ability on your target.
Mafia Supporter (100MP): Use the Godfather's ability on your target.
NOTE: Somehow your target AND the mafioso will kill the mafia's target. LOL
The Coven Mime (100MP): Use the Coven Leader's ability on your target.
NOTE: Somehow your target AND the Coven Leader will control someone to visit someone. LOL


Additional Information:

- Using roles with the controlling ability (Transporter, Witch, Coven Leader etc.) on your target will NOT have an effect on your target.
NOTE: However, if you use the Coven Leader's ability on your target and they killed someone else then your target's role will be accussed for that player's death too.
For example;
The CL controls player X go to player Y (most likely a Medusa or something) and Player X gets killed. Both the CL and your target will be accused of killing that player (this is gonna be funny).

- If you use an Escort's and/or Consort's ability on your target, then your target will be roleblocked along with the other person the Escort and /or Consort originally roleblocked.

- Using roles with an investigative ability (Sheriff, Investigater, Spy, Consigliere etc.) on your target will NOT have an effect on your target. Neither will the investigative players be notified of you do doing such thing on your target (ex. The invest will not interrogate both their target and your target).

- If you successfully eliminate your target but get killed on the same night then you will still win the game.

Lore:

An elderly wizard trying to hide his most precious book of spells from the hands of evil travels to the far north away from his biggest threat - urban civilization. Once he believes that that he has traveled far enough from threat, he takes a break by taking a short nap before settling where he is. Unfortunately for him, a greedy thief with decietful intentions to learn black magic had been following him from a far distance this entire time and has now decided to snatch the book of spells and run away from our almighty Sorcerer. It's all up to him to eliminate this thief now!

You can make a better story than I did (which i'll consider to change with) but I tried to make it based off that Jack Frost skin in the store for 1040 TP as he looks closest to a Sorcerer.

Well, nearly but not quite...I'd say it's an interesting mixture of being an Executioner and Witch. You can control players during night like the Witch but you must use the person you control to kill your target. So, I guess you can say it has a more simplistic and easier goal but it'll be hard to win unless you know who you're controlling exactly. Honestly, whatever you do all depends on luck and/or what you gather during the day.

Once you find the right guy to kill your target, there'll be nothing in your way to stop you from killing your target.

Sorry for replying so late and bumping this thread but I honestly say that's a rather biased and debateable comment.

If you were to ask me, Sorcerers would probably easily draw a lot of suspicion in game after the first few nights so they'd have to play cautiously.

Of course, it's easy to win once you find out your tactics or an east way to trick the town into thinking your actually another role.

You have to say what makes this argument biased. This role is basically a mix of executioner and witch, making it a better executioner. Nobody asks to claim on the first few days, you would barely get any suspicion. If town does VFR then you can basically either check that person off/on your list of people that can be used to kill your target. Suddenly now you can confirm people if they are TK/NK/Mafia Killing by trying to get them to kill your target, making it easier for you to claim a TI role. After your target dies, you are still a huge problem to the town. You have no goal and can do anything you want, turning the tides of the game and causing chaos by making the game harder for everyone for whoever you want. As an executioner, you have NO night abilities, and the only "chaos" you can cause is voting up whoever you want.

TL;DR This is probably a troll, it's literally executioner but easier.

This is incredibly easy to win as long as you are patient. Ex:

"I'm vig"

*Controls vig into target*

*Target dies*

As previously stated, this is just a buffed Executioner/Executioner+Witch combo. There's no need for this role.
