Frop only comes up as sus/having a killing ability/whatever when he doesn't kill

Catherine gets weaker every time she uses her ability so who's to say she could have roleblocked last night

After Catherine died and couldn't claim it may be possible that Frop took that to say that he was roleblocked again to clear him from being the NK
