Not a person, but behavior. Mafia is very often super passive on this forum. A person who is the first with a serious case on someone has tremendous chance to be a Town.

the best play as mafia is too play strong and dive into the game.

These are few last games with list of the very first accusations in that game:
16F - kha accused PKR - kha was Town
SFM47 - either Multi on King, Wabbit on Chemist or Uzay on taylork, all 3 were Town, but really hard to say, but it really doesn't matter, all scums were doing nothing Day 1
16E - tardi on Cenvil, tardi was Town (Luku-scum voted Zorua, but didn't give arguments for a vote)
VFM37 - Multi on Andar, Multi was Town
16D - uzay on Chemist, Uzay was Town
16C - Cenvil on Scorpio, Cenvil was Town
VFM36 - ejii on Jaland, ejj was scum, it was double gang game
SFM46 - Manatee on Chemist, Manatee was Town

Almost always early aggresion come from Town, in VFM36 - you have other gang to scumread, so apparently this isn't true in such a setup. Maybe you have a game which can prove what you just said?
